Hints

In the options menu just press LEFT UP LEFT LEFT A B Y. After this
the screen will blink. This is a confirmation that the cheat is active.
When you now start a new "NORMAL GAME" a level selection will appear.

Cheats

Jet boots:
  To operate the jet boots, press FORWARD, FORWARD, B or A (not sure)

Defense cape:
  To operate the defense cape, hold SELECT and press A.

Bat Cuffs:
  To operate the Bat Cuffs, motion DOWN to towards while holding kick.

Moves:
  Saw Blade          BACK, DOWN, FORWARD, A
  Sonic Pulse Globe  BACK, DOWN, FORWARD, B
  Force Wall         FORWARD, DOWN, A
  Ellectric Pellet   DOWN, FORWARD, A
  Bat Cuffs          DOWN to towards while holding A
  Bat Bola           BACK, FORWARD B or A (not sure)

Cheat menu:
  At the difficulty selection screen press UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, LEFT,
  DOWN, RIGHT to get a cheat menu.
