Note 1: For first place you must set the codes then start the game, and immediately quit to main
menu, then reselect the race to play.

Another Way to enter Codes:
At the white Infogrames Logo: Up, Down, Triangle, Circle followed by Up,
Down, Triangle + Circle This is not tricky at all and you have plenty of
time to do it in. Just press UP then DOWN then TRIANGLE then quickly press
CIRCLE. I have tested this and it works, and makes it a whole lot easier
to get LOCK OFF to appear.

Rollercoaster:
If you do the lock off - extra car cheat, then go time trial, and Sweden
SS1; then pick the jeep. You will be taken on a rollercoaster track that
goes up and down a lot. This will be clarified by the "Loading ???
Tracks" message as opposed to the normal message.

Time Off:
At the white intro-screen when the infogrames logo appears press quickly (it's
quite tricky) up, down, triangle+circle "lock off" appears. After that press:
left+L1 In ARCADE mode, failing to make the checkpoints before the time
runs out does not end the game.

After that press: left+L2 Gives you access to the 18 narrow tracks.

Extra Car:
At the white intro-screen when the infogrames logo appears press quickly (it's
quite tricky) up, down, triangle+circle "lock off" appears.
After that press: left+R1 This replaces the Peugeot 106 Maxi with a little
Jeep. Again in ARCADE mode, you can restart the race as in Time Trial
mode.

on the menu, this displays more debug info.
