 With GDI, make a Fire Storm Defence and construct the firestorm wall.
 After the firestorm is enabled. Quickly sell your power plants or make
 sure you DON'T HAVE ENERGY. The Fire Storm will never deactivate...

 P.S. Your radar and special weapons won't work.
