Skip to the next level
  Pause the game and press B, A, A, B, A, A, and the game will skip to the
  next level.

Cheat:
 Type the word DWARF at the title screen and it will be displayed
 CHEAT ENABLED.
 Start the game now.
 During the game press [L] to jump to the next level and [H] to
 get full health again.
