For the demo version:

In the demo version some of the old Allied Assault cheats still work.

Start the game with the parameter

+set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1

(e.g. X:\\MOHAA.exe\" +set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1)

and press [~] in the game to open the console. Here you might type in and confirm with [Enter]:

dog            God Mode
fullheal       Health complete
wuss           All weapons and ammo
noclip         No clipping mode ON / OFF
spawn x        Spawn item / weapon, where x may be:
               weapons/JPN_44.hag
               weapons/landmine_allied.hag
               weapons/US45.hag
               weapons/JPN_Model96LMG.hag
               weapons/type100_smg.hag
               weapons/US_Colt45.hag
               items/binoculars.hag
