Beat the guy with the sword
  To beat the guy with the sword, avoid him when he charges, blast him
  as much as you can, jump over his shot, repeat.

Wily head tip
  To beat the Wily head, dodge his attack and use the mirror you got from
  Enker to reflect his shots.
