Cheats

Alternate Uniforms:
After hitting Start Game on the setup screen, Right + Square/b> until the rink
comes up. This only works for visiting teams with third jerseys (Anaheim,
Boston, Chicago, Tampa Bay, Rangers.)

Cheat Menus:
While playing, pause the game and press R1, R2, Right, Left, R1 to access two
cheat menus.

Heritage and Development Teams:
These extra teams may only be selected in Exhibition and Practice modes. There
are two types of extra teams.
The first kind have their own players and appear at the beginning of the
list when you press L1, L2, Square.
New York Sports -        94 Overall
Salt Lake Frosties -    94 Overall
Canton, MI Ratpack -    82 Overall (Weak Goalie)
The second kind basically take an existing team and changes their jerseys. For
example, if you press R1, R1, Circle when you have the Avalanche showing, you'll
play the Avalanche players in the Cleveland Barons jerseys.
Cleveland Barons        R1, R1, Circle
Toronto St. Pats        L1, L1, Circle
Oakland Seals        L2, L2, Circle
Kansas City Scouts    R2, R2, Square
Montreal Maroons        L1, R1, Square
Portland Rosebuds        L2, R2, Square
Vancouver Millionaires    R2, L2, Circle
New York Americans    R1, L2, Circle
Hamilton Tigers        L1, R2, Square
Seattle Metropolitans    L2, R1, Square
Don't forget that pressing L1+L2+R1+R2 randomly generates a team for you.

Pat's and Petes Cheat Menus:
Pause your game and press R1, R2, Right, Left, R1 to bring up two cheat menus.
They're found in "Statistics" and called "Pete's and Pat's Cheats."

Pete's Cheats:
Blood Mode - Inactive - These options have been deactivated but are
still listed.
Big Players - Makes the players bigger.
Little Players - Makes the players smaller.
Phat Puck - Big puck.
Big Head - Big Heads.
Flat Foot - Big Feet.

Pat's Cheats:
Offensive AI - Inactive.
Defensive AI - Inactive.
Free Puck AI - Inactive.
Skeleton Mode - Turns current player into a wireframe model.
Fast Clock - Speeds up clock.
Chipmunk Mode - Speeds up announcer.
Scary Mode - Slows down announcer.
Brutus Mode - Increases damage done in fights.
Game Fanatic Mode - Inactive.
Play Organ - Plays Organ.
Play Misc.Announcer - Stadium Announcements.
Home Happy - Announcer says players names on the home team in a
excited voice.
Home Sad - Announcer says players names on the home team in a
flat voice.
Away Happy - Announcer says players names on the away team in a
excited voice.
Away Sad - Announcer says players names on the away team in a
flat voice.
H-Star - Crowd cheers for favourite player on the home team
when ever he gets the puck.
A-Star - Crowd boos for star player on the away team when ever
he gets the puck.
Sound Test - Sound test.
