Cheat:

 Here it is, almost word for word: "To cheat, select Elvis as your
 character and take out as many loans as possible (4). Save your game
 as character and start all over again, but this time load the
 character you saved. Notice you still have all your loaned money
 but don't have to repay it!  Repeat over and over till you get
 10 BILLION DOLLARS.
