 Open the console [~] and type in:

 iamleet       - Win mission successfully
 johnwoo       - Slow motion
 swatlord      - Invulnerability for the complete team
 biggerpockets - Unlimited ammo
 casual        - Yeb! Go!
 doubleshot    - More fire power
 nc17          - More blood
 noshades      - Monday night game ;-)
 hotstuff      - Suspects are hard to kill
 justin        - Suspects never give up
 rabies        - Shoot rats to make them rabbits
 biggerpockets - Unlimited ammo
 screenshot    - Screenshot (.bmp file in Swat3 folder)

 Edit the file Swat.cfg with a normal editor and look for

 shotgoodguys

 Here change the 1 to 0 and hostages and members of your team cannot
 be shot.
