While in Game pause it and select "Quit" . Now Select
"Replay Level" . On the next screen select "Bonus Game
Modes" . Press Circle, Square, Circle, X, X, Triangle, Triangle,
Square.

Alternate All

Finish the game with any completion percentage.

Bonus level:
While in Game pause it and select "Quit" . Now Select
"Replay Level" . On the next screen select "Bonus Game
Modes" . Press Triangle, X, Triangle, Circle, Square, Triangle, Circle, X.

Alternate Bonus level:
Finish the game with  50% completion.

Endless ammunition:
While in Game pause it and select "Quit" . Now Select

Alternate Endless ammunition:
Finish the game with  55% completion.

Endless lives:

Alternate Endless lives:
Finish the game with  60% completion.

Endless health:
While in Game pause it and select "Quit" . Now Select

Alternate Endless health:
Finish the game with  65% completion.

All cheats:
Finish the game with a 78% completion.
