While playing, pause the game, then press L,Y,B,B,A,X,Y,Y,B,R. Unpause
the game and you'll have 99 lives, but you'll only see 9 (if you lose
a life the number won't change).

To jump levels
While playing, pause the game, then press L,X,A,Y,Y,B,R. Unpause and
you''l jump to the next level.
